You are never alone in your battles, you are never facing this thing by yourself. We have all been victims of some sort of trauma, and unfortunately some of us have been victims of sexual, physical, or domestic abuse. We never deserved it, and it was never you. No one deserves abuse from someone who claims to love them. No one in the world deserves to be gaslit for the benefit of another. I wish you all the best, and my heart goes out to you.
